BMW F800ST Street Fighter

I have for sale a 2010 F800ST which I parked under a guardrail after leaving the asphalt on a twisty, cracking up the fairings and headlight module. This is a low mileage (12,500 miles) bike. Replacing the damaged parts with BMW parts was cost prohibitive so I turned it into a "Street Fighter". I fabricated a hardware mounting system for the dashboard and headlight. I then installed PUIG motor protection bars and mounted the Madstadt windshield system above the chrome Honda headlight. Everything works just like out of the factory. Has heated grips, BMW Sport bag luggage, on board computer read outs, ABS brake system, 50% tread on front - will need new rear tire at end of summer riding, battery was installed in January of 2015.  It doesn't show but the windshield is cracked. Oil and Filter have been changed in the past month. I have clear title in my hand in my name.  Please do not bid if you are not going to buy - three of the last five bikes I have auctioned have had winning bidders back out - please don't bid if you can't afford this bike. This is the Low Seat model.

Tue, 08 Jan 2013

For years now, the motorcycle industry has had to design its motorcycles and their exhaust systems to stay below government-mandated sound levels, particularly with off-road motorcycles. The burgeoning electric vehicle industry may bring about the opposite now, with governments proposing minimum sound levels for the mostly silent-running electric cars and motorcycles. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, a which operates under the auspices of the U.S.
