1971 Triumph Bonneville T120R 649cc /40.0ci air cooled OHV vertical twin with oil in frame. This is not a factory bike with matching numbers. This was built in 2013 using an original 71' frame and 71' motor. The entire bike was gone through with detail and built to factory specifications with mostly new old stock or rebuilt parts.

The engine is a complete top to bottom rebuild completed by Trident Motorcycle Repair in 2013. I purchased the bike from the shop owner. I am the only owner after the build and have a clean and clear title for the bike showing only 00034 miles on it when I purchased it. It was last serviced after a 200 mile engine break in. It currently has 259 miles on it.

This is a very well loved bike. It was a dream to own this exact one after I saw it in the shop many years before I bought it. I would like to keep it, but I'm moving overseas in October and I need find a buyer before I go.

It has been stored for three years in a dry garage with a cover on it in Arizona.

The bike looks and sounds good and would need very little if you want to use it for transportation. Here is the list of things you should know as a buyer.

The paint has signs of wear and aging with some scratches and a few chips. It was not show quality paint job to begin with. There is a very small amount of rust color on some of the bare metal hardware like the nuts and bolts. Nothing major. The rear light housing needs to be replaced or repaired for the left turn signal to be mounted. The rear turn signals, both brand new, are pulled off. The electrical is fully working and the wires are tucked inside the housing. I will send the lights with the purchase. It will need the carbs dialed in if you want to use it for transportation. I fired this bike up and rode it only a handful of times in three years. Each time the carbs were cleaned and adjusted. I keep an oil pan under it to keep the floor clean from the drips. I will also include a new copy of the shop repair manual for this make and model.

This is a great looking bike and it will no doubt turn heads. I always pick up a few new admirers when I pull it out of the garage.

The bike is ready to be picked up now. World-wide shipping is available. It is your responsibility to get a quote and pay for the service. I can help you if you need assistance or a suggestion on a shipping provider. I will work with the shipper of your choice to insure it is handled properly.

***Please message me if you need additional details that I did not cover. I'm happy to answer any questions you have. I will message you back quickly, or call you if you leave a phone number.
