Payment Terms and Bidding

 If the item is an auction payment is expected within 2 to 4 days of auction close.  We have the right to cancel the auction if the payment is not received within that time. Failure to send payment with a confirmed address within seven (4) days of the purchase date will result in a Non-Pay Bidder alert filed with eBay to cover the closing fees of the auction. If you want to cancel your bid please do so well before the auction ends, so the auction can end smoothly.  For Buy it Now listings payment will be made at time of purchase through Paypal.

Ambiguity: In the event that something may seem ambiguous to you or you think I made a typo or a mistake, do not make assumptions. Please contact me to resolve such issues before bidding so I can correct the auction to make it clear for everybody.

Warranties

Unless otherwise stated, you have a 14 Day warranty through me meaning you can return the item for credit. Products usually still have manufacture warranty of course although there are products that warranties do not transfer to secondary buyers. Should any technical problem arise, please use eBay contact seller page to inform us of the problem or email me via eBay and I will get right back to you.

Shipping

Orders will be shipped the same day if ordered before 3:00 PM EST from zip code 21060, Glen Burnie MD.  After 3:00pm most orders will most likely go out the following morning, however I still do my best to get orders out up till 5pm EST, just no guarantees. Orders will ship via USPS priority Mail or USPS 1st Class mail if under 13 onces. Heavy items may go out Fedex Ground/UPS ground service depending on location. Shipping will be to the confirmed Paypal address only. Please contact me before purchase if a special shipping method is required so I can make changes to the auction if necessary. International shipping is handled by eBay's Global shipping service. If you unsure of the shipping cost you can purchase the item and then cancel if the shipping costs is unacceptable as I have no way to know what GSP will charge for your order. For countries not included in eBay's Global shipping services please contact for shipping availability, cost and if I can make an exception. Estimated shipping times for USPS priority mail are shown on the map below.

Return Policy

Refunds will be honored for full refunds for received products that are not working, not received in timely manner (lost packages etc), or you believe the item listed was portrayed differently than what you believe you should have received.  If an item is DOA please contact me right away so I can either ship you a replacement if available or issue a full refund upon receipt of item.  If I believe the issue could be a configuration issue or an installation issue I may ask that you contact the manufacture for tech support before issuing a return authorization. Mainly to save both you and I money on shipping if the issue can be resolved over the phone or email via tech support.

Customer is responsible for shipping fees incurred in shipping items back to our facility. I will cover return shipping on replacement item sent back to customer if I have another of the same item available.  See listing details on item condition and if it has undergone any type of testing or not.  Unlike some sellers I do try and test everything if possible before being shipped so as to help with any DOA’s. That of course doesn’t guarantee that an item doesn’t have a issue but it helps greatly in cutting down on DOA’s.  Note, if an item is returned more damaged that when it was sent out and I will know (detailed pictures of serial numbers, CPU sockets, and other fragile items are taken before items are shipped), a full refund will not be possible as item would be valued as scrap and would have limited value upon return –unless the damage was caused by the shipping company in which case would have to go through shipping insurance if practical. For returns of item that are deemed NOT defective a 15% restocking fee applies. Shipping costs will not not be refunded in these circumstances.

Important, before leaving neutral or negative feedback please contact me first(!) so the problem can be rectified. Leaving negative feedback damages our business obviously and we want all my customers to be happy with their purchase(s). Please leave positive feedback if the transaction was completed to your satisfaction. If not please contact me immediately so we can work it out.
