Buell Lightning description

2006 buell xb12ss long. This is a one owner and all mods were installed by a professional. The bike is ready to ride and has lots of modifications for improved riding and performance. CRG levers, all new brake pads, pro taper bars with bar end mirror, corbin and stock seat, k&n filter, aftermarket header and exhaust, drummer cam and sprocket cover, pelican 1430 cases on both sides in the rear on custom mounts, aftermarket rear sets, and a factory service manual is included. Bike currently has 24,685 miles.

Bike is ready for the season it just needs a new owner. Always maintenance maintained! will need tires soon

This bike is for sale by my best friends widow, he bought it new from the dealership and did all modifications. He has since died of cancer this year and we are selling his toys for his 2 daughters college funds.

EBR Nation Part 1: The Making of the 1190RS

Erik Buell Racing has released the first in a new series of videos about the new 1190RS race bike. The first video is more of a prologue to introduce the weekly series, but later segments will feature interviews with Erik Buell and racer Geoff May, and a behind-the-scenes look at the development of the EBR 1190RS superbike. If we’re lucky, we might also get a look at what Buell has in store with its upcoming RX, SX and AX models.

New EBRs Rolling Down The Assembly Line

On its Facebook page recently, EBR posted this picture of what are presumably 1190RX models in the first four stations of the assembly line. While maybe not Earth shattering news, it is uplifting to see Erik Buell back in business, with models we can’t wait to ride in the new year. From the photo we can see the 1200cc V-Twin engines in place, with swingarms mounted.
