For sale? Zero-mile Aprilia RS250 Cup

This zero-mile Aprilia RS250 Cup belongs to a former colleague of mine and he might be willing to sell it.

Originally intended for the USA where they ran an RS250 Cup series, this bike was purchased from New Orleans and then shipped to the UK, where it's now in storage just outside of London.

Due to the fact it's never turned a wheel in anger, it's something of a one-off. The Aprilia factory have one in their museum but it has a few miles under its belt and the Barber Museum in the USa have one but it's seen a season's racing.

This RS250 Cup in black with chrome lettering, is in its original crate with the manufacturer's tag still on handle bar and 0-miles on the clock.

I have no idea what it's worth but a 2002 model, with 3,000 miles on the clock just sold on eBay for £6,200.
