Wed, 05 Feb 2014

MotoVentures, the long-running (since 1998) dirt bike riding instruction company is changing its name from simply MotoVentures to the more descriptive Dirt First by MotoVentures. The new moniker more appropriately describes the company’s training activities and philosophy about the best way to learn how to ride a motorcycle begins in the dirt.

“Our Dirt First training curriculum is very practical with no ceiling or limitations,” says MotoVentures President, Gary LaPlante. ”Our highly qualified, well-trained instructors are capable of teaching everyone from kids to adults and beginners to experts. Our students include dirt bike and off-road riders, motocross and trials competitors, dual sport and adventure bike riders and street bike riders too, basically any performance-oriented motorcycle rider.”

Dirt First participants can bring their own motorcycle and riding gear or MotoVentures will supply lightweight Yamaha recreational dirt bikes, off-road riding gear and a 350-acre Rider Training Center near the city of Anza in Southern California.

In addition to its rider training services MotoVentures offers a variety of motorcycle adventures, including trials riding, dual sport tours and dirt bike adventures.
