Yamaha Teases R25 / R3 and Tricity Reveal on March 25

Yamaha released a new microsite teasing the launch of two models, expected to be the production versions of the YZF-R25 (or perhaps YZF-R3 for certain markets) and the Tricity leaning three-wheeled scooter. The site, Revstation.com, features a countdown timer and a 15-second video offering brief glimpses of the two models. Get the Flash Player to see this player.

Yamaha Teases New Naked Model for EICMA – Video

Earlier this year, Yamaha started a teaser campaign called “Dark Side of Japan” that culminated in the introduction this summer of the FZ-09 naked Triple (also known as the MT-09 in other markets). It’s now fall, but apparently Yamaha has more hiding in the Dark Side, in another new naked motorcycle. Yamaha has released another new teaser video called “Rise Up” for a new model to be unveiled Nov.

Yamaha Star Bolt Café Photos from Tokyo Motor Show

We received some positive feedback on our Google+ page when we first wrote about Yamaha‘s Star Bolt Café prototype, so we thought we’d share some new photos Yamaha released from the Tokyo Motor Show. Yamaha has made it clear the Bolt Café is only a reference model to showcase the customization potential of the Bolt. At its heart remains the Bolt’s 942cc V-Twin engine and double-cradle frame.
