Yamaha Other description

2013 YAMAHA STRYKER, WITH IT'S RAKED OUT FRONT END AND FISTS IN THE WIND RIDING POSITION, THE STRYKER LOOKS TO BE PURE ATTITUDE. BUT WITH IT'S FUEL INJECTED 80 CUBIC INCH V-TWIN CHURNING OUT PLENTY OF TORQUE THE STRYKER PERFORMS AS GOOD AS IT LOOKS. AND, WITH BELT DRIVE IT'S ALSO LOW MAINTENANCE. The Japanese oddity to naming teams

Wed, 28 Jul 2010

Whenever the calendar shifts to a major Japanese race, such as the Suzuka 8hr, one of the more amusing things to do is glance down the team sheet This years highlight for me has to be team Moto Bum, with other stand outs including aprilia D.D.BOYS, Team Etching Factory Yamaha and MITO MOTO & e'freaks Honda. Looking back through the ages some of the great Japanese team names have been Burning Blood Racing Team, Dog Fight Racing and Team Moto Space amongst others. Burgess will be replaced by Louis CK lookalike Silvano Galbusera, a veteran crew chief and mechanic whose most extensive experience comes from World Superbike and Supersport racing. As crew chief and/or technical director, Galbusera has worked with an impressive roster of riders including Troy Corser, Noriyuki Haga, Cal Crutchlow and Ben Spies.
