Yamaha Other description

i have a 2002 yz125 for sale, the only reason im selling it is because i need the money for a car and money to help move. and its the sickest 125 i have ever had i have kept the stock pipe on it cuz i don't over heat or run my bikes to the point they want to blow.so the stock 1 prevents it from over heating quickly. it has brand new renthol handlebars, grips, new plastics but have been through a lot cuz i ride enduro races with my buddies.but it does need new front brake lever. im 5'9 and a buck twenty and i can hardly keep the front wheel down my dad is 6'2 and 190 and has a hard time keeping it down. but its a fast but fun fun bike to ride for more photos text me at i get out of school at four so that's when i will get your call or texts but i will call you back if you leave a message. P.S- its got V-force reeds and is bored out to a 140cc, And will soon need tires.

Mon, 06 Feb 2012

The 2012 AMA Supercross season is shaping up to be a tight one, with four racers and former champions healthy and jockeying for position on top of the points standings. Ryan Villopoto, Chad Reed, Ryan Dungey and James Stewart have all claimed wins in the first four rounds. After the second Anaheim round, the four contenders, representing four different manufacturers, are separated by just 13 points.

Old boys up front and where are the new 600 Gixers?

Mon, 28 Feb 2011

As I’ve been gagging for the new race season to kick off so it was almost a pleasure getting up at stupid 0 clock to watch the World Superbike Championship  opener at Phillip Island last weekend. I have to say Messrs Burnicle and Whitham were on form although I was disappointed there were none of the usual verbal attacks on each other that always add to the entertainment.    I’m sure they will put things right soon but the world superbike regulars must have been disheartened that Moto GP veterans nailed five of the six available rostrum slots.

The short but sweet life of the Yamaha R7

Tue, 17 Jan 2012

I was reunited with an old friend recently, my 1999 Virgin Yamaha R7 Superbike. By the end of 1998 I had won three straight BSB titles with the Yamaha YZF750, when main sponsor Cadbury’s pulled out leaving zero funds for a title defence. Wanting desperately to ride the new R7 and thinking a replacement backer would instantly get on board I turned down quite a few offers including a juicy contract from Crescent Suzuki (Paul Denning always enjoys reminding me).
