This is a 1982 Yamaha XJ750 SECA. Great old school bike. This is definitely a project bike but with some work could be a really cool motorcycle. Bike DOES NOT have a title (A title can be obtain call for details). Some of the known problems are forks are blown and bent, carbs are still functional but needs cleaning, engine is down on compression on one cylinder, and needs regular maintenance. This is a rebuild bike but with a low price of $470 this can be transformed into a great motorcycle at a low cost. Dealer has a $99 fee in addition to listed price. A nasty tumble in at the Brands Hatch opener lead to four DNFs, but once back on track he pushed the dominant BMWs hard, finishing on the podium eight times. A new subframe and seat were made for the motorcycle, a Renthal handlebar and branded CRD controls were installed. The engine has been completely restored, the crankcase covers are sanded and varnished.
