NEEDS SOME TLC, MOTOR IS FREE BUT HASN'T BEEN RUN IN A FEW YEARS, NEEDS A BATTERY, TUNE UP, ETC.............IT WAS GONNA BE A PROJECT FOR ME AND MY BOYS BUT I JUST DONT HAVE TIME TO GET IT GOING NOW. PICKED IT UP FROM A FRIEND AND THE TITLE WAS LOST YEARS AGO BUT IT IS OUT OF THE DMV SYSTEM SO THERE ARE NO BACK CHARGES. Either way, Randy Scott, 26, was found not guilty of a Trans-Canada Highway run at 299 km/h in April 2012. The viral YouTube video of a Yamaha R1 rider weaving in and out of traffic was used by police to track down Scott with the help of a concerned neighbor’s tip.
Third Annual ‘The MEET’ at ACM
Tue, 26 Aug 2014More than 2,000 attendees visited America’s Car Museum for its 3rd annual Vintage Motorcycle Festival ‘The MEET’ last weekend in Tacoma, Washington, where over 300 motorcycles and scooters were showcased on the Haub Family Field at LeMay. The event drew pre-1981 motorcycles and scooters from the U.S. and Canada, including an antique motorcycle display, swap meet, cruise-in and a 78-mile roundtrip tour from ACM’s Anderson Plaza to Mt. Rainier.
