THE BIKE HAS BEEN STORED FOR DECADES.

THE BIKE WAS GIVEN SOME MINOR TLC AND SHE STARTS UP AND SOUNDS FINE.

I ALSO ROAD TESTED THE BIKE, I WENT AROUND MY BLOCK.

THE TIRES ARE ORIGINALS. SHOWING ABOUT THE 2K IN WEAR, THEY ARE CHECKERED.

THE BIKE HAS SOME BLEMISHES, BUT ALL IN ALL, IS VERY CLEAN.

HORN/BLINKER SWITCH IS BAD, THEY ARE AVAIL.

NICE ORIGINAL PIPES/HEADERS. THEY LOOK NICE!

THE REAR FENDER NEEDS REPLACE. THE FRONT IS NICE, SHOWING MINOR WEAR.

THE BIKE IS 41 YEARS OLD.

Yamaha Reports Q3 2012 Results

Yamaha‘s North American sales were up over the first nine months of 2012, representing the lone bright spot in the company’s third quarter report. North American consumers purchased 51,000 Yamaha motorcycles (including scooters and ATVs), for a 13.3% increase from the 45,000 units sold in the opening nine months of 2011. North American sales translated into 30.7 million yen (US$382 million) in revenue for Yamaha, a 15.0% increase from the first three quarters of 2011.

MCE Insurance British Superbike Championship competition The MCE Insurance British Superbike Championship title race is hotting up as Silverstone gears up to host the penultimate round of the Showdown this weekend (28/29/30 September) as the leading protagonists prepare to fight it out for the two crucial victories. After a dramatic event at Assen last weekend Josh Brookes stole the lead in the overall standings with just two points separating him and double champion Shane 'Shakey' Byrne. 2014 World Supersport Provisional Entry List

The International Motorcycling Federation (FIM) released a provisional entry list for the 2014 World Supersport Championship, with 23 riders including two to be announced at a later date. The provisional lists includes riders representing four different manufacturers: Honda, Kawasaki, MV Agusta and Yamaha. Honda is the most popular manufacturer with ten riders (though two are listed as TBA).
