Friend Dr. at Garrison St Up for sale is my 2004 YZ450F, I have owned this bike for about five years and it has been nothing but awesome. It has a White Brothers pipe, newer Renthol sprocket and chain, newer rear tire, and fork seals only have about a season of riding on them. The bike has AMR bomber girl graphics and TAG bars with 1" risers. The bike has some cosmetic issues, the front fender is cracked and the shrouds are a little beat up but it runs awesome and has never let me down. I love this bike, but I just don't ever ride it and hate to see it rot. Plus I need a new tranny in my truck. I'm asking $2,000 OBO, call/text/e mail/send smoke signals with questions. Yamaha’s Dennis McNeal Named Chair of Motorcycle Industry Council
Tue, 04 Mar 2014The Motorcycle Industry Council (MIC) has named Dennis McNeal as the new chair of its board of directors. McNeal, the vice president of motorcycle operations for Yamaha Motor Corp. U.S.A., will take over the chairman position from Mark Blackwell, the retiring vice president of Polaris Industries.
Haga Signs with Swan Yamaha to Race in 2012 British Superbike Championship
Mon, 13 Feb 2012Noriyuki Haga is headed for the British Superbike Championship after signing on with the Swan Yamaha team to replace the injured Ian Hutchinson. Haga had been a mainstay on the World Superbike circuit for over a decade but after being unable to find a team for this season, the 36-year-old veteran will be plying his trade in the U.K. Haga will ride the Yamaha R1 alongside teammate and defending BSB Champion Tommy Hill.
