Last fall we attended the season finale of the AMA Pro Grand National Championship, and we were blown away with the intense level of competition. Our full report and video can be seen here. M1 Powersports announced a Facebook promotion that will give away a VIP package to the April 20-22 Road Atlanta round of the 2012 AMA Pro Road Racing Championship. The firs 1000 fans to “like” M1 PowerSports on Facebook will be entered in a draw to win the prize for the Triumph Big Kahuna Atlanta round in Braselton, Ga. The VIP package includes two Triumph Big Kahuna Cabana passes which provides admission to all three days of on-track action, access to the paddock, VIP parking and an official program.

2012 Triumph Daytona 675, 675R Recalled in Canada for Missing Throttle Cable Guide

Transport Canada announced a recall for the 2012 Triumph Daytona 675 and 675R because certain units may be missing a throttle cable guide. Without the guide, the throttle cable may get stuck in the steering stop, preventing the throttle from opening or closing properly. Such a situation could result in a loss of propulsion or, if the throttle is stuck open, could make it difficult to slow or stop the motorcycle.
