up for auction is a vintage triumph 650cc T110 pre-unit motorcycle. this bike was raced here in Michigan jack pine and scrambles. starts, runs, rides good. engine is completely rebuilt, crank, rod bearings w/wristpin bushings, mains, new bore w/pistons complete, valves, guides, carb, magneto. transmission rebuilt. bates seat. everything has been powtercoated and looks great. new Metzsler N.O.S. tire on rear. new S.S. spokes front and rear. original 19" wheels. matching numbers on engine and frame. primary cover has been repaired and fork tubes are rusty at top. any questions please ask or give me a call 616-527-6459 anytime. if you get my machine I will get right back with you. sold with bill of sale. Sulfur Yellow Triumph Daytona 675 Highlights New 2012 Colors
Tue, 15 May 2012Triumph announced a number of new paint schemes for several of its models. While the new options are for the most part merely cosmetic, the lone exception is the new sulfur yellow 2012 Triumph Daytona 675. We’re not quite sure it’s good marketing for a color scheme that reminds you of the smell of rotten eggs, but the sulfur yellow Daytona 675 also sports a number of upgrades.

The news will impact several major manufacturers hoping to gain a stake in the world’s second largest motorcycle market. India has become the hotspot for manufacturers but one of the biggest obstacles they face is the duty India levies on luxury goods.

Tue, 28 Jun 2011From Akrapovic is a new full system for the Triumph 675 Daytona: After extensive research and development with the Smiths (Gloucester) Racing team, Akrapovic have now launched a full system for the popular 675 Daytona. Although the bike has been available since 2006 Akrapovic have only ever offered a slip-on silencer option, electing not to develop a full racing system for this bike. However, after unprecedented demand from the WSS and BSS paddock for racing products the decision was made to develop a full racing system in a modular format that allows the headers to be added to existing customer’s slip-on kits.
