Suzuki Other description

This is a rare type of find. One family owned 74 GT 380. It has 3650 miles!! Virtually all original (except for some tune up items, battery & seat cover). Original mirrors, grips, tires, etc.... It runs & rides as it should. Everything works.

It sat indoors for over 30 years. It received a rebuilding of carbs, new OEM intake manifolds & carb related rubber hardware, and OEM air filters, new battery, seat cover (original split on seam from age after being sat on)

Fun bike to ride & it sure gets the looks & compliments.

How many 1974's do you find with 3650 miles!!!???

Are Motorcycles Safer With Antilock Brakes?

Tue, 30 Dec 2008

A new report says riders with ABS-equipped bikes can dramatically reduce the chance of a fatal accident. The study compared fatality rates among riders on bikes that have antilock brakes, and it found that death rates were 38% lower on motorcycles equipped with the optional ABS systems compared to non-ABS bikes. In 2005-2006, the fatal crashes per 10,000 registered motorcycles without antilock brakes was 6.6.
