2013 MV Agusta F4, F4 R & F4 RR — More Motorcycle, Same Amount of Art

We’ve exhaustedly tested and compared the 2012 MV Agusta F4 and its more expensive counterpart, the F4 RR, to expose their strengths and weaknesses. The new motorcycle comes in three guises for 2013, the F4, F4 R and F4 RR, each boasting various performance upgrades and unique graphics.

As MV Agusta unveiled its color scheme for the F4RR it will be campaigning in World Superbike this year, the red/silver graphic is a fitting homage to the company’s history, evoking memories of Giacomo Agostini, among others. World Superbike testing began today at Phillip Island, site of the first race of the season. The new season also marks MV Agusta’s return as a factory team to international racing in quite some time.

The Varese brand, which announced its debut in the Moto2 middle grand prix class, has already shown preview images of the sportbike that the Forward Racing Team will launch in the 2019 season. Now the final look and technical details are presented. The contestant, like other participants in the Moto2 battle, will receive a three-cylinder 765-cc Triumph engine, which will replace the “four” from the Honda CBR600RR with a volume of 600 “cubes” next year.
