This bike was purchased from Indian Motorcycle during their company owned vehicle auction. Many of these units were ridden by executives at Polaris. Some units used as display, and some as demos. This bike has Indian Ape Hanger bars, Headdress Floorboard Pads, Black fender tips, Black heat shields. Script Shifter Pegs, and Pinnacle Solo Rack. Motorcycle has 8871 Miles and is in good shape. As seen in the photos there is scratches on the heat shield. Bike does not appear to have been laid down. Unit will have fresh oil when purchased. India Lands World Superbike Championship Round
Tue, 12 Jun 2012The world’s second-largest motorcycle market will host the World Superbike Championship, with India’s Jaypee Sports International signing a four-year agreement with series organizers Infront Motorsports. India’s first World Superbike round will take place March 9-10, 2013 at the Buddh International Circuit in Greater Noida, near New Delhi. The rest of the 2013 WSBK calendar is yet to be announced, but the Buddh round will likely be second on the schedule behind Australia’s Phillip Island round.

Created in 1919 by William Henderson, a man considered by many to be America’s most impressive motorcycle designer, this rare collection of original drawings depict the design of a brand known as the Ace, which later became part of the Indian Motorcycle Co.
Polaris Reports Increased Results for Both Fourth Quarter and Full Year
Wed, 30 Jan 2013For the 2012 year ending December 31, 2012, Polaris Industries, Inc., (NYSE: PII) reported record net income of $4.40 per diluted share, a 38% increase compared to $3.20 per diluted share. For the fourth quarter of 2012 Polaris reported a net income of $1.24 per diluted share, up 38 percent from the prior year’s fourth quarter net income of $0.90 per diluted share. Reported net income for the full year was $312.3 million, up 37 percent from the previous year’s net income of $227.6 million.
