Up for bid is a 1972 Husqvarna CR400 project motorcycle. Clear title, and original sales receipt from 1972 . If you have a zero feedback, you must contact before bidding. Frame # MJ-00822. Engine # 2025. The bike has been sitting since the 1980's. It does not run. The motor is seized from sitting. The exhaust pipe was quite rotted out , most likely why the motor is seized. So will need a new exhaust pipe. Looks to be mostly complete. Gas tank looks to have some light rust inside. Both front and rear brakes work. clutch works, it does shift through the gears. Husqvarna Names Robert Jonas Head Of Motorsport
Fri, 28 Feb 2014Effective immediately, Husqvarna Motorcycles has named 39 year-old, Robert Jonas as Head of Motorsport. He will be responsible for all of Husqvarna’s racing activities, including Motocross, Enduro, Extreme Enduro, and Moto3 road racing programs. As a former motocross racer Robert Jonas has been involved in motorcycle racing for much of his life.
Husqvarna Reveals BMW G650GS-Engined Concept Strada
Tue, 29 Nov 2011Husqvarna unveiled a new streetbike model powered by the engine from parent company BMW’s G650GS. The Husqvarna Concept Strada was int4roduced in Paris at the Salon de la Moto show. Though Husqvarna is calling the supermoto-styled Strada a concept, but the new model is near production ready, with Husqvarna expecting to begin sales in 2012, possibly as a 2013 model.
