But don't let their prices fool you, Warp 9 uses only the highest grade stainless steel and aluminum available. As riders, they saw that the current trend in offroad wheels is that they are priced too high for the working class guy and also do not come complete, adding to the additional cost and frustration.

We are a motorcycle parts and accessories shop in Salt Lake City, Utah and have been in business since 1989. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item but MUST be in the original condition and packaging. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility unless item is not as described, the wrong item, or item is defective. All returns that arrive as described are subject to a 20% restocking fee. There are no returns on electrical parts. Used parts are only returnable if there is an error on our part in the listing otherwise used items are sold as is. Please keep in mind we strive very hard to obtain and keep our 100% rating so purchase with confidence. We are not a huge operation so we will work with you personally to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase.

We accept Pay Pal and will ship most items within 1-2 business days of receipt of funds unless otherwise specified. We ship either USPS or UPS. Please keep in mind the least expensive shipping option is also the slowest and ship times quoted by eBay are not always accurate. International customers should note that once the item has left the USA for transit to your country it may not again be scanned by the shipper until it has been processed through your customs department. Therefore the tracking capabilities are limited. Shipments overseas can take a minimum of 14-30 business days although there are times it is quicker. A lot depends on customs and this is out of our hands! Also please keep in mind you may be charged customs fees or duties as the item enters your country. This varies from country to country and from item to item. As these are levied after we have shipped the item, we have no control over this, sorry! We cannot mark items as gifts or with a reduced value on customs forms. We strive very hard to make shipping a breeze but please remember we only have so much control over these things and dislike extended waiting times as much as you do!
