Reading this before/after purchasing may answer any
questions you have. If not feel free to contact me
-I only Accept payments through Paypal
-Buyers from Kentucky, Utah, and Pennsylvania are required
to pay sales tax.
-Items purchased before 5PM EST Monday through
Friday will usually be shipped same day. Items purchased after that will be
shipped the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday.
-Items ship from 3
locations. The primary two being Utah and Kentucky. The secondary being
Pennsylvania. The location in which your item ships depends on the delivery
address and the current inventory.
-Shipping is primarily FedEx
Ground. However, UPS, USPS, and OnTrac are also regularly used. Upgraded
shipping is available. If you need an item faster contact me for details
-Once your order is
processed, you will be sent a message with details. Tracking will be
available in your purchase history within 24 hours of receiving that message.
-Due to inventory issues,
sometimes items will be shipped from two different locations. In the event
this happens, you may receive 1 package before the other. 2 Tracking numbers
will be uploaded for these order and you can follow both in your Ebay
-Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico will have a shipping
surcharge added on at checkout. This will vary depending on item size.
Certain products cannot be shipped to Puerto Rico. Please ask before
purchasing to verify. Orders to Puerto Rico must have a phone number
-HOLIDAYS: UPS, USPS, FedEx and OnTrac do no operate
on, after, and before certain holidays. Therefore, delivery of items ordered
around holidays may be delayed. Please be understanding of this. I will
contact you to give you a heads up at these times of the year.
-WEATHER: If the area you’re
in has been affected by severe weather(heavy snow, tornado, flood, etc.)Your
package may be delayed, please be considerate of that.
-PO BOX: I CANNOT SHIP TO A PO BOX. Please have the
correct physical address added to your eBay profile so that I can quickly and
easily get your package shipped out. If it is not in your eBay profile, you
will be contacted and your item will not ship until the physical address has
-ORMD Items(Items that contain chemicals/oils/etc) can
only be shipped UPS/USPS/OnTrac/FedEx Ground. They may take a little more
time for delivery. Please be understanding of that.
-I do not ship directly outside the
US however some items may be purchased through the ebay global shipping
program that eBay provides. If you purchase through this program you are
responsible for any fees/extra shipping costs to get your item into your
country. I simply ship to the international shipping facility in the US and
eBay takes care of things from there.
-Most items are drop shipped. This means that stock
is always fluctuating and the current inventory in the listing may not
reflect the actual inventory. In the event an item is unavailable, you will
be notified of your options promptly after your purchase. This is a rare
occurrence but does happen on occasion.
-There is a 14 day return/exchange policy.
Items may only be returned/exchanged if they are:
In Brand New Condition still in the package
There was an issue with the item or it was damaged.
You were sent the wrong item
-For stipulation A listed above, buyers will be
responsible for return shipping costs and a restocking fee. For stipulations
B and C, you will be provided with a shipping label and no restocking fees
will be charged unless stated otherwise. Please do not return your item until
you’ve been informed and properly instructed on the return. If you do so, I
cannot be responsible for where your item ends up and extra fees be me
charged for the return/exchange.
-All items are fully described to the best of my ability.
If there are any questions or you are confused about something, do not
hesitate to ask.
-Most photos are stock/generic photos. Meaning the
part pictured may be the right brand, but may not be the exact part for your
machine. Rest assured you will receive the brand of part listed for the make,
model, and year specified.

you feel it is 100% necessary. I realize I can’t please everyone but I will
