THIS IS A 1972 HONDA SL350 MOTOSPORT RECENT FIND 1970'S TIME CAPSULE WITH IT'S ERA PERIOD CORRECT PURPLE METAL FLAKE PAINT AND A RARE HOOKER SCRAMBLER HEADER. BIKE WAS JUST SERVICED BY A CERTIFIED HONDA TECH. AND BIKE STARTS ON FIRST KICK AND RUNS AND RIDES GREAT. ENGINE IS QUIET W/ NO NOISES OR SMOKING. ONLY HAS 7K MILES AND BIKE IS FROM MIDWEST SO HAS NO RUST. BIKE STILL HAS ALL ITS ORIGINAL GREY CABLES INTACT AND IT'S ORIGINAL BRIDGESTONE FRONT TIRE. BIKE WILL NEED A SEAT AS THE COVER HAS SOME RIPS AND SEAT PAN IS CRACKED. GAS TANK HAS BEEN SEALED INSIDE. OVERALL CONDITION OF BIKE IS ABOUT A 6 TO 7 ON A SCALE OF 1 TO 10. EICMA 2013: Honda NC700 Family Gets Upgraded to 750 – But Not in US

Honda announced at the 2013 EICMA show the NC700 series would get a number of upgrades including an extra 75cc in displacement. Unfortunately, it does not look like those upgrades will make it to the U.S. As Honda made its EICMA presentation American Honda announced a number of updates to returning 2014 models including the NC700X.

Honda to Sponsor and Compete in 2013 Pikes Peak International Hill Climb

American Honda announced it will be a partnering sponsor for the 2013 Pikes Peak International Hill Climb while also entering the competition, racing in nine different classes (well, seventh, plus “Exhibition” entries in both car and motorcycle categories). Honda R&D staff, engineers, test riders and drivers will compete in car, motorcycle and ATV categories. Honda will field a record ten entries in all, with nine different vehicles including the CBR1000RR, CBR600RR, CRF450R and CRF250R.

Brough Superior to Make Moto2 Debut at Silverstone

The Taylormade Brough Superior racebike will make its Moto2 racing debut at the British Grand Prix at the U.K.’s Silverstone circuit. Backed by insurance company Bennetts, the one-off entry will feature British Supersport racer Luke Mossey riding the Taylormade Carbon 2 racebike. Led by California-based but British-bred Paul Taylor and John Keogh, the Taylormade project was started to rethink the spark the impending relaunch of the Brough Superior brand as well as to explore new ways of designing prototype race machines.
