An all-new aluminum frame ensures a low centre of gravity and optimum mass centralization, and it’s mated to a new KYB PSF (Pneumatic Spring Fork) that delivers significant weight saving plus improved performance and versatility. At the back, a compact KYB shock that sits lower in the frame is connected to a brand new aluminum swingarm. Stoner to Miss Brno for Surgery – Title Defence Likely Over
Thu, 23 Aug 2012Casey Stoner has withdrawn from the Brno, Czech Republic MotoGP round to undergo surgery on his injured ankle. Trailing Yamaha‘s Jorge Lorenzo by 39 points and Honda teammate Dani Pedrosa by 21 points with seven rounds to go, Stoner’s hopes of repeating as MotoGP champion before retiring at the end of the season are all but dashed. The Repsol Honda rider injured his ankle in a high side crash in last weekend’s Indianapolis Grand Prix.
WSBK 2013: Laguna Seca Race Report
Mon, 30 Sep 2013Tom Sykes and Eugene Laverty each came away with a victory as the World Superbike Championship made its return to Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca. The first race featured two red flags, ironically caused by AMA Superbike regulars Danny Eslick and Roger Hayden, the two men with the most recent experience at the famed track. The second race was a much cleaner affair, with a dramatic finish, setting up the final two rounds of the championship.
