2007 Honda CBR-1000RR Repsol Edition ~ $8500 Only 6614mis. Original stock condition. Full service done with (what else) Repsol synthetics. We did however remove the original tires and mounted the New Dunlop Q3's. Then we tossed the stock brakes replacing them with EBC HH Sintered stoppers! Fork seals and fluid discarded and upgraded with N.O.K. seals, wipers and Bel-ray performance fluid. Exhaust servo removed and battery & stator replaced. Tue, 27 Nov 2012The modified Honda CRF450R ridden by Daniel Craig in the James Bond film “Skyfall” was sold at auction, raising 101,400 British pounds (US$162,440) for charity. Featured in the opening chase scene of “Skyfall”, the heavily modified Honda CRF450R received 67 bids from 40 potential suitors by the time the auction ended Nov. 22.

Wed, 30 Jun 2010With the two test riders coming forward to act as replacement riders for the injured Rossi and Aoyama, it brought back memories of the days when the grid would be gifted with wildcard riders from the respective countries. The Japanese rounds were always attended by some of the top guys with experience of the 500GP and MotoGP bikes, through racing them in their domestic championships. What resulted was getting to witness the exciting and talented Japanese riders, and bring new riders to the attention of the teams.
