will be included. We try to advertise this vehicle
as accurately as possible, however, it is pre-owned.
There may be minor flaws in the paint or interior.
We will not be held responsible for any repairs subsequent
to the end of the auction.
Buyer agrees that the purchase price is established
exclusively through this eBay auction. You are welcome
to have a third party mobile inspection service inspect
the vehicle at our facility at your (Buyer's) expense.
However, we cannot allow the actual auction process
to be disrupted. Please arrange any scheduled inspection
or test drive prior to placing your bid.
All vehicles are sold as-is and no warrantee is implied
by the seller.

Terms of Sale :
We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an
auction early should this vehicle no longer be available
for sale. We may elect to relist any car that is not
fully paid for within 5 calendar days. Bidders with
zero or net-negative feedback are asked to email prior
to bidding.
Payment
: $ 200, non-refundable deposit, is
due via PayPal immediately upon acceptance of offer.
Remaining balance to be prepaid within five (5) calendar
days. We accept Certified or Cashiers Check or Bank
Wire Transfer for the remaining balance.

driven regularly. Therefore, the actual mileage will
differ at time of sale. We have no history of service
performed to repair or replace defective odometers
on vehicles. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the 'true
mileage' of any vehicle. Vehicles older than ten (10)
years are titled as 'mileage not required' in the
State of Illinois.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly
inspected the vehicle prior to the close of this auction,
to be satisfied with the condition and value and to
bid based upon that judgment solely. The seller shall
make a reasonable effort to disclose any known defects
associated with this vehicle. The photographs of this
vehicle represent an effort to disclose the physical
condition of this vehicle. Seller assumes no responsibility
for any repairs regardless of any oral statements
