1978 Honda cb750k.Bike has original exhaust and is in great shape.Engine has good compression and kicks over well.Bike has clean title.Has been in storage since 1995.Will need refreshed.carbs move freely.Inside of tank will need treatment. Original seat is in great shape.Odometer shows 27801 miles. Vin # cb750k-2861846. Engine# cb750e-3061881.All handlebar switches are intact. Some fading on paint.Small amounts of surface rust. Bike has been stored indoors .Side covers have small cracks.Tires hold air but do show weather cracks.Chrome fenders are straight This bike does have minor flaws but is a solid original bike. 2014 World Supersport – Phillip Island Results
Mon, 24 Feb 2014The 2014 World Supersport season opened in dramatic fashion after a red-flagged restart turned the 18-lap race into a five-lap sprint, with MV Agusta making a triumphant return to the top of the podium for the first time since 1976. The Supersport event began with a hard-fought battle between three-time champion Kenan Sofuoglu, Kev Coghlan and Michael van der Mark. Sofuoglu and his Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R held a slim lead over Coghlan’s Yamaha R6 and van der Mark’s Honda CBR600RR when the race was halted after CIA Insurance Honda rider Jack Kennedy suffered an engine problem and leaked oil onto the track.

Mon, 14 May 2012BMW earned its first-ever World Superbike race win at the U.K.’s Donington Park, but missed out on sweeping the round after teammates Leon Haslam and Marco Melandri crashed on the final corner while battling for the lead in the second race. Melandri earned BMW its landmark first win in Race One leading Haslam in a one-two finish. They could have repeated that finish in Race Two but Haslam low-sided after making contact with Honda‘s Jonathon Rea trying to pass on the inside.
