Honda CB description

Selling one of my Cafe Racer bikes that I built last year. Too many bikes and theres no way I can keep 2 of the same exact bikes, My personal bike is also a 72 CB500 which you can see in some of the pics. Bike runs and rides great. Looks amazing. Been thru everything and it all works as it should. Way too many new parts to list. Has an amazing sounding exhaust and a memory foam seat that feels great. Paint on the bike looks great but tank is not perfect cause this was built for someone that was going to change the color any ways but they bought a different bike from me instead. Took pics up close on tank cause that is the only way to see imperfections. Original odometer had 14k on it but it has a new one with only 2 miles on it. Tach is not accurate but works. Bike came from CT so it comes with the paperwork from there to transfer ownership. Bike is ready to go but know what your getting into cause this is still a 44 year old bike. NO WARRANTY. I you want it shipped to you that will be completely be done by you. I WILL NOT SHIP IT FOR YOU. I know I leaving some things out so ask questions if you have any. Video of it https://youtu.be/StuIuPd8i_Q and another of my buddy riding it down the street https://youtu.be/38qaYCVHD9M. You can some other bikes Ive built on my channel. Thanks

Honda MotoGP Production Racer Undergoes Testing at Motegi

Mon, 27 May 2013

Development of Honda‘s new production racer is well underway, as the new (relatively) low-cost MotoGP racebike underwent testing at Japan’s Twin Ring Motegi circuit May 23-24. Conceived as a lower-cost option for race teams, the production racer project is running slightly behind schedule but Honda still expects it will available in time for the 2014 MotoGP season. Early reports estimate the price for the production racer to be around US$1.26 million, a substantial price, but still considerably less expensive than rumored $3.9 million it currently costs to lease a Honda RC213V for one season.

Intermot 2012: Honda CRF450 Rally Unveiled

Tue, 02 Oct 2012

Today at Intermot 2012, Honda unveiled the CRF450 Rally, the machine it plans to enter in the 2013 Dakar Rally, marking the manufacturer’s return to the race after more than two decades. Honda has competed nine times from 1981 in the forerunner of the present Dakar Rally, the Paris-Dakar Rally. Cyril Neveu of France took Honda to its first victory in 1982, the race’s fourth year, and from 1986 to 1989 Honda won four consecutive titles for an overall record of five victories in nine years. The CRF450 Rally is based on Honda’s commercial CRF450X enduro racing model, and features electronic fuel injection, auxiliary fuel tanks in the panniers and lower side fairings, and the requisite navigation equipment located behind the windscreen.
