• Please note that this is a used motorcycle.  All of our bikes are in excellent condition, however we cannot guarantee that they will be free of minor cosmetic blemishes. 
• Any white spots or streaks visible on paint are not on the bike itself, but are reflections from lights used in the photographing process. 

• If you are buying from a country outside the United States, please call ahead of time so one of our associates can thoroughly explain the purchase and shipping process.
• If you have a feedback score of less than 10 positive, call me if you are seriously considering pushing "Buy it Now"
• As mentioned above, it is the BUYER'S responsibility to arrange shipping.  Two reputable shippers are listed above.
• The buyer is responsible to make a $500 deposit via PayPal within 48 hours of purchase.  This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Please ensure you are able to secure financing BEFORE committing to the purchase of our motorcycles.
• If you insist on paying via cashier's check, the motorcycle will not be released until the check is verified and cleared our account.
• IF SOMEONE SHOWS UP AT OUR FACILITY TO TRANSPORT A MOTORCYCLE THAT IS NOT QUALIFIED, AND DOES NOT HAVE THE CORRECT EQUIPMENT TO DO SO, THE MOTORCYCLE WILL NOT BE RELEASED TO THEM !!!
