Harley-Davidson Touring description
This bike is absolutely flawless and appears showroom new! I purchased it new and I'm the only rider, there has never been a passenger on it. It sits covered in my garage with a battery tender connected. I chose to buy a CVO bike after losing my shirt chroming out stock bikes and then having engines built to perform like a CVO bike. I spent more up front but saved BIG in the end! This bike is number 499 of 900 made. I have all the extra's that came with a CVO bike and they are brand new unopened. I have a custom exhaust installed which consists of a Vance&Hines head pipe with RC Components slash cut mufflers- it's all this bike needed to finish up where the factory left off. Again if you want to save tons of money over building a new bike this is the one for you.
Details - check out the slash cut mufflers matching the angel of the bags. Tight fitting license plate bracket too. Jeff518.878.3334 |

Harley-Davdison Museum Opens Tsunami Motorcycle Exhibit
Wed, 24 Oct 2012From Miyagi Prefecture in Japan to Graham Island in British Columbia, Canada, to Milwaukee, Wis., the motorcycle tossed across the Pacific Ocean by the 2011 Japanese tsunami has landed at the Harley-Davidson Museum. The 2004 Harley-Davidson Softail Night Train owned by earthquake and tsunami survivor Ikuo Yokoyama is now on display at the museum as a memorial to those affected by the March 2011 tsunami. The motorcycle will be preserved in the condition it was in when Canadian beachcomber Peter Mark found it inside a cargo box that washed up on Graham Island in May.
