2008 HARLEY DAVIDSON SPORTSTER 1200 CUSTOM This 1200 has only 6K miles and is in excellent condition. The model is the custom. Color is pearl white and has a lot of chrome. The previous owner added a few upgrades. A touring seat, back rest, hard mounted saddlebags and quick release windshield which are all Harley Davidson accessories. A set of Python exhaust has also been added. It is fuel injected. I have safety checked and detailed the bike. The overall condition is excellent with a few small blemishes. The left front fork had a sticker removed and it is scraped a little. (see picture) The primary cover does have two small spots of pitting. The rear wheel also has a few small spots of pitting. The bike will have two new tires, new battery and new spark plugs. All the lights, horn and gauges work 100%. I have taken this bike on a short reliability run and the engine, clutch and gearbox all work and sound as they should. Harley-Davidson Sells Test Track to Chrysler
Fri, 12 Apr 2013Harley-Davidson has sold its 531-acre private test track in Florida to the Chrysler Group for $7 million. The property, located off of Interstate 75 in Naples, Fla., includes six miles of track including a 2.1-mile straightaway and several buildings. The track was originally built for Ford, with construction completed in 1992.
