Due to a tragic illness, we are selling this 2008 Cross Bones.This belongs to one of the east coasts most well known builders,Lew Jolly. Unfortunately,Lew is in a long recovery and riding is not an option at this time. This is truly a one of a kind opportunity. It is a 103" motor with Wiseco pistons, 577 Red Shift cams,ported heads,30 tooth front pulley,Thundermax with autotune ECU,Bassani Pro street pipes,ARP studs and nuts and tons of custom features. This was his personal ride and everything was done by him so you know it's right.I have seen this bike go around and pull away from big motor bikes owned by other techs and make it look easy. It's high compression but blueprinted so the combination starts with no compression releases. Hand painted lettering done by Lew himself.Been back and forth to New Hampshire twice and climbed Mt. Washington with no issues what so ever. Beat the bar hoppers with an everyday rider. This is his last street ready bike left in his stable. Triple digits in torque and horsepower. Riding a heavy, slow Harley-Davidson XR750, the American daredevil had serious reservations about the jump, admitting the take-off ramp was too short, therefore limiting the bike's speed. But even though the plucky American knew his chances of pulling off the stunt were slim, he was reluctant to disappoint the 80,000-strong Wembley crowd.

Harley-Davidson Reports Q2 2011 Results
Tue, 19 Jul 2011Harley-Davidson reported a net income of $190.6 million over the second quarter of 2011, thanks to the first year-on-year quarterly improvement in the U.S. market in nearly five years. For the three months ended June 26, 2011, Harley-Davidson’s operating income totaled $301.9 million, a 38.0% increase from the $218.8 million reported in the same period of 2010.
