Harley-Davidson Other description

1974 Harley Davidson AMF 350 Sprint in good condition. It runs great, shifts and rides good for 39 years old. It is mostly original except for seat cover, and mufflers. With new paint, decals and re-chromed rims it could be a show bike or ride is like it is. It is electric start with 5514 miles on the clock which could be actual, but I don't know that for sure. The kick start gear is badly worn, but electric start works great. The key is worn slick and should be replaced but still works in the ignition. If you have any questions please email me and I will get back to you asap. Herb

Bruce Edmiston was a Harley-Davidson test rider for over 20 years. In that time, he estimates he’s racked up well north of 500,000 miles on a wide variety of motorcycles from many different parts of the world. He retired from Harley-Davidson in 2009, but the prospect of helping Motus develop an all-American sport-tourer was just the opportunity he needed to come out of retirement and utilize his test riding expertise.

Backflips on a Harley? [video]

Mon, 07 Dec 2009

In late November two motorcycle daredevils from opposite sides of the world were fighting to see who would be the first to backflip a Harley Davidson XR1200 motorcycle. Australia’s Kain Saul reached the Promised Land first when he made a successful jump in Sydney on November 27. Harley-Davidson believes Saul’s jump is the first ever successful backflip for any full size street motorcycle.
