Up for sale is my 1942 H-D U, 74ci big flatty. The motor is all rebuilt with all H-D internals, matching belly numbers, correct linkert M51. Runs like a top. Servi car timer ( auto advance) Cycle electric generator/Regulator 12V. Four speed early trans with tank shift top, all rebuilt. 56-57 Harley frame. BDL Belt drive under the tin primary. Disk brakes front and rear. Hidden wiring and internal throttle control. Avon venom tires front and rear. Custom upswept fishtail exhaust. The list goes on and on, its a one off bike, It was built with care and the best components. I have all the receipts, that total way more than the asking price, I can answer all your questions about the build. $500 cash deposit to my paypal acct upon buying bike, the remainder to be paid upon pick up. Perry King To Be Grand Marshal At Second Annual The Greatest Escape Motorcycle Ride Benefit

The Greatest Escape is scheduled for Sunday, August 3, 2014 and will begin with a beautiful ride from Bartels’ Harley-Davidson, 4141 Lincoln Blvd., Marina Del Rey, CA along the Pacific Coast Highway with stunning views of the ocean to the rustic and historic Paramount Ranch, Cornell Road, Agoura Hills, CA. Join Perry King for what will be a wonderful day ending with a concert and BBQ lunch on the ranch. The Greatest Escape, 2014 will include a BBQ lunch by J Wolf BBQ and a concert by The Walking Phoenixes, a Johnny Cash tribute band. The Greatest Escape, 2014, will benefit victims of Mesothelioma and the Pacific Meso Center, in Los Angeles, CA.
2015 Harley-Davidson CVO and Twin-Cooled Models Certified by CARB
Tue, 19 Aug 2014The California Air Resource Board has released new certification documents revealing most of Harley-Davidson‘s 2015 line-up. The CARB executive orders, required before a motorcycle is allowed to be sold in California, reveal new CVO versions of the Road Glide Ultra and Street Glide, two low versions of the Electra Glide and more models receiving Harley-Davidson’s Twin-Cooled engine. Introduced last year on the Ultra Limited, CVO Limited and Tri-Glide Ultra trike, the Twin-Cooled engine uses liquid-cooling for the cylinder heads, reducing emissions.
2015 Harley-Davidson CVO Lineup Revealed
Tue, 26 Aug 2014Harley-Davidson revealed its four-model Custom Vehicle Operations lineup for 2015, adding new CVO versions of the Road Glide Ultra and Street Glide to go with the returning CVO Softail Deluxe and CVO Limited.
