Harley-Davidson Other tech info
Harley-Davidson Other description
This is a full custom Harley with an S&S engine . I was told it is an Arlen Ness custom But i have not been able to verify nor has it been denied. So i am pricing and selling as an unknown custom .This being said this is a well built bike all top end parts . all parts are Arlen Ness except forward controls and brakes which are performance machine parts. And the seat is a LePera custom solo. with hooker exhaust sounds great The bike starts every time and runs and rides awsome. Has new harley battery and tires are like new. I have the original clear california title Bike is titled as a special custom Year model 0000 the odometer verification date is 07/19/2013 and title date is 09/19/2014 . Only has 2449 miles since build. Only flaws with this bike are in the paint tried to show them in pics but they wont show up.There is just to much to list but if you had to buy just the parts to build this bike it would cost more than double the starting bid. I hate to sell but need a bagger so the wife can ride with me Please if you have any questions call me at 423-368-1280 before bidding my name is George Thanks for looking!!

Harley-Davidson Breakout Recall Caused by Fuel Tank Angle
Fri, 25 Apr 2014An official recall announcement by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration sheds some light on the cause of a recall campaign on 2013-2014 Harley-Davidson Breakout and CVO Breakout models. We wrote about the recall last week, after campaigns were initiated in Canada and Australia to address a problem with the fuel sensors not properly reading the correct volume of fuel. We now know the problem is caused by the angle of the fuel tank.
Happy Birthday Elvis!
Fri, 08 Jan 2010Born on January 8th, 1935 in Tupelo, Mississippi, Elvis Aaron Presley would have been 75 years ago today if he was still alive today. As a tribute to “The King” of Rock and Roll, the Harley-Davidson Museum has created a special exhibit, expanding on the semi-permanent collection from Elvis that has been on display since the museum was opened in 2008. The bill of sale, insurance, and registration papers for the 1956 Harley-Davidson KH pictured above will be on display along with the motorcycle that was owned by Elvis and the Graceland Museum has loaned some rare photos for the occasion. Along with Cadillac’s, Elvis had a passion for motorcycles but especially loved his Hogs and rode Harley’s in many of his films, including Roustabout (1964), Viva Las Vegas (1964), Clambake (1967) and Stay Away Joe (1968).
Harley-Davidson World Ride Tops 10 Million Miles; Eclipses 2012 Total by 28 Percent
Mon, 01 Jul 2013Motorcycle riders from around the world enthusiastically joined members of the Harley Owners Group (HOG) on June 23 and 24 to shatter last year’s record mileage total for the Harley-Davidson World Ride by collectively logging more than 10 million miles, a 28 percent increase over the 2012 total. Launched in 2008 as HOG’s Million Mile Monday, the annual event was expanded into the two-day Harley-Davidson World Ride in 2012 to give more riders worldwide an opportunity to participate. In 2012, participants logged 7,799,140 miles, but this year as riders celebrated the 110th Anniversary of Harley-Davidson Motor Company and the 30th Anniversary of HOG that culminates this Labor Day weekend in Milwaukee, they blitzed that record by more than 25 percent, tallying an official total of 10,018,231 miles.
