This is a very nice piece of HD history. Recent full restoration, very clean. Bike came from the original owners son, said it had been in his family since purchased new. New Dunlop 402 tires, freshly serviced and ready to ride. Bike has straight bars, much more comfortable than the stock buckhorns. New short pipes, yet not ear piercing loud. New chrome forward controls. New S&S Carb. Bike is polished and shined to the max! Paint is excellent! Have 3 boxes full of all the original parts that came off of this bike, if you would like to put it back in stock form you can. NO disappointments, nice, nice, n

It’s only been a couple of weeks since Harley-Davidson broke new ground by unveiling new “Twin-Cooled” liquid precision-cooling engine technology its new Project Rushmore suite of customer-driven refinements, but the Motor Company appears to have even more ambitious plans in the works. Speaking at Harley-Davidson’s 110th anniversary celebrations, Chief Operating Officer Matthew Levatich confirmed the company is producing a new 500cc model and opened the possibility of an electric Harley-Davidson somewhere down the line. We’ve previously written about Harley-Davidson’s plans to introduce a new 500cc V-Twin model for the Indian market.

IF YOU'VE a young daughter and you want to keep her away from motorcycles when she's older (or more likely the men that ride them) then look away now.Yes folks, Barbie and Ken are getting serious makeover to keep them up-to-date for 2010 - the new Harley-Davidson endorsed couple now come complete with biker gear, tattoos and even piercings (a Prince Albert, perhaps?). It makes you wonder what Mattel, the company behind the plastic duo, has next in the pipeline. Maybe they'll have a model of Birmingham airport, where Ken can kick the sh*t out of rival bike gang members?

Terminator 2 Harley-Davidson Is Coming Home

If you thought Arnold Schwarzenegger’s greatest role was in Terminator, then you should make your way to Milwaukee: The Harley-Davidson Museum has acquired one of the few surviving 1990 Harley-Davidson FatBoy motorcycles used in the filming of Terminator 2: Judgement Day. At the time of filming, the FatBoy was one of Harley-Davidson’s newest models, and the one now in the Museum’s permanent collection was ridden by Arnold Schwarzenegger in the 1991 action classic. “Terminator 2 is an iconic film and a celebrated piece of pop culture history,” said Jim Fricke, Curatorial director of the Harley-Davidson Museum.
