I Have a custom 1998 Harley Davidson FXDWG Dyna Wide Glide in great condition. Almost $40,000 invested. Engine is a 2002 S and S Evo with 124ci. It has a 10.8:1 compression ratio. Installed new in 2006. The bike has approx. 130-140 horse power but has not been dynoed in awhile. Approx. 2100cc. I don't rember the torque specs. 200 horsepower can be achieved with race heads, a modified pipe for the bigger ports and a super D carb. The engine has 8,915 miles. Chassis has 20,090. I have the certificate of origin for the S and S engine and a clear title. I use Mobil One V Twin Advanced Full Synthetic 20w50 motor oil. Red Line Heavy Shock Proof Gear Oil for the transmission. Harley-Davidson Adds Twin Cam 96 and 103 Engines to Factory Remanufacturing Program
Tue, 17 Jan 2012Harley-Davidson has added the Twin Cam 96, Twin Cam 103 and 2003-2006 CVO Twin Cam 103 engines to its engine remanufacturing program. The program, which previously accepted 1984 and newer Evolution 1340, Twin Cam 88, Twin Cam 88B and Twin Cam 95 powerplants, takes used engines, rebuilds and repaints them. Customers can take their existing Harley-Davidson motorcycle to a dealer which will remove the engine and send it back to the factory.
Harley-Davidson Invites Fan On Red Carpet At Captain America Premiere
Mon, 17 Mar 2014Harley-Davidson and Marvel surprised fans at the premiere of Marvel’s Captain America: The Winter Soldier in Hollywood, by inviting them onto the red carpet after it closed. Fans at the event were spontaneously selected to walk and experience the official red carpet and to check out a brand new Street 750 motorcycle along with the stars of the film, who autographed the bike for charity. The Winter Soldier star Chris Evans signs a new Harley-Davidson Street 750 at the premiere in Hollywood, CA. Following the premiere, Harley-Davidson will donate the bike to Concord Youth Theatre. In its continued partnership with Marvel Comics, Harley-Davidson had six motorcycles at the premiere along the red carpet, where fans took pictures and interacted with actor and musician, Tyler Posey, the official Harley-Davidson commentator and host.
