I offer AusPost Parcel Post shipping within Australia - this allows me to properly protect the steelbook in bubble wrap and a box to ensure it reaches you in the same condition it leaves me. Parcel Post is a tracked service allowing you to keep on top of your delivery.

Please note I do not make any money off shipping - I am simply passing on the cost of the Parcel Post service plus the additional 10% eBay charges in fees.

International buyers

Please note items will be well protected and shipped via the AusPost Registered Post International Parcel service. eBay automatically calculates postage based on your location and adds my $4.00 handling fee on top. This fee covers the cost of the postage box and packing material plus the additional eBay charges of 10% on postage costs.

Steelbook Disclaimer

I have examined this steelbook to the extent possible and I have listed all flaws (if any) in the description above. My examination covers but isn't necessarily limited to :

- Loose discs inside
- Whether the shrinkwrap is still in place and complete
- Whether there is any obvious scratching or other damage to the case.

Where I do find an issue, it will have been documented in the listing above and also by pictures, where possible.

Please note that brand new steelbooks are generally still encased in shrinkwrap which makes a full and thorough examination difficult. In particular, it is impossible to ascertain the condition of the case under any cardboard cover (or J card) as this is hidden. If an imperfection of this kind is subsequently discovered, I can't be held responsible as this is not something I could reasonable expect to find or make known before the sale.

All steelbooks shipped by me are known to have all discs inside secured and not loose. In fact, if I receive an item with loose discs, I will open it to ensure no damage then sell with the note that it is no longer shrinkwrapped and the reason why.

If a disc should come loose during shipping, this is unfortunately not something I can be held responsible for. For buyers in Australia, I strongly recommend paying for Parcel Post shipping as this will also provide insurance in case any damage occurs during shipping.

Returns

I will accept a return only in cases where what you receive was not as described. Please note that once the shrinkwrap has been removed, the steelbook can no longer be returned.
