No title. Just bill of sale. 

Upgraded the 3 horsepower engine to a 10 horsepower Tecumseh engine with electric start. Totally stripped apart, new bearings and tires. The frame has been painted and totally rebuilt. 
What's left to do is paint all sheetmetal and assemble. Have over $3500 invested. Selling due to health problems.

The motorcycles will be auctioned off every two months, starting from December 2012 to August 2013, with each auction running for up to 30 days at CharityBuzz.com.
