    Have a bike unlike any other!  This 2001 BMW F650GS has uniquely hand-drawn art work on all panels; she is a definite attention getter!  But she's pure BMW at her core. Garage kept, fully serviced, very low mileage for her age, less than 700 miles on new Michelin Anakee III tires (front and back), Z Technic windscreen, modulating Kisan head and brake lights, and SAE battery tender connection are among some of the farkles and improvements made. I am not the original owner. I had the bike fully reconditioned and serviced by Max's BMW and she has performed beautifully without issue. It is apparent that she's been dropped in her past, so there are some scrapes evident -- however, I have never had to opportunity to take her off road (or on road much for that matter, due to heavy Northeast winters and a crazy job).  Since I am now down South, I began to work for the company that makes Sharpies.  One thing led to another and she is now fully tattooed.  All panels are clear coated to protect the art work but she is, after all, a GS and meant to be ridden.

    BMW F650CS City Street  Was my late father's motorcyle  As you can tell from the miles he never quite caught the bug or the love of riding.  This bike is very sporty and rides great - I just have too many toys as it is.  Lots of low end torque.  While he may not have rode much - he always performed the maintenance and kept it up.  Tires are in great shape.  The bike has a new battery, and I installed a BRAND NEW fuel pump and filter system this weekend (this is a part known to go bad so the buyer won't have to worry about it!) this part alone was 675$..  Has locking case that matches the key.  Everything runs and drives as it should. Could help with delivery within 150 miles of Orlando if need be.  Clean clear title

It is the Dakar model so it has longer travel in the suspension than the regular GS model. It has a twin spark Rotax motor that is fuel injected and liquid cooled single cylinder.

BMW Announces Recall Campaign for K1600 Family Motorcycles

The recall concerns all 2019-2020 BMW K1600 models due to the risk of rear suspension link failure caused by a manufacturing defect - the strength of the part does not meet the factory requirements. This linkage may be destroyed during normal road use, causing the rear of the motorcycle to fall onto the rear wheel. BMW dealers this spring will begin notifying owners of motorcycles that are subject of the recall campaign to visit an authorized dealership for a rear suspension linkage replacement.

The future generation of the "1-liter" naked BMW S1000R was spotted during the development tests on the territory of the German racing "ring" Oschersleben. Apparently, the Bavarian streetfighter will receive a number of technical solutions that his older brother, the BMW S1000RR, was endowed with a couple of years ago. Just as the current generation of the SR was created on the base of the previous SR-era, the 2017 modification will actually become a stripped version of today's sportbike.
