2013 BMW C650GT WITH COLLISION DAMAGE. Damage: Right mid panel is missing, headlamp is broken, left lever is broken,right lower panel is cracked and front tire is cut. Engine runs well! Bike is equipped with ABS brakes, heated grips, heated seat, electric windshield, Ram cup and GPS holders and Metzeler tires. Bike is being sold with a good title. European Parliament Makes ABS Mandatory, Tighten Emissions Standards by 2016

The European Parliament voted overwhelmingly in favor of new rules that would increase emission standards and make anti-lock braking systems mandatory for all new large motorcycles, scooters and trikes and quads by 2016. The new regulations, which would still need approval from European Union member states, may only directly affect Europe, but they will have a wide-reaching affect on manufacturers’ product development for other markets. BMW, for example, has already made ABS standard for all its motorcycles for 2013.

BMW have taken a rapid step in the right direction, what with their K1300S, S1000RR and F800R. Recently rumours have been flying around that BMW are to produce a scooter, possibly a hybrid. And while we know it's well within their means, we'd rather they concentrated on the sharpening the cutting edge of road bikes.
