We ship throughout the world. All our garment will ship by FedEx (except International orders) 5 days a week from Monday to Friday.
Please note most items ship direct from the warehouse to you.
ALL ITEMS (except International orders) WILL SHIP WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT OF PAYMENT, USUALLY THE NEXT DAY.

ALL ORDERS - are shipped via traceable carriers for your protection. Confirmation numbers will be provided via email once shipped.
If you request delivery to an address other than your billing address, we may require additional identity verification. To expedite the processing of your order, please provide a verifiable phone number and email address where we will be able to contact you if necessary. If we are unable to contact you, the processing of your order could be delayed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Normally we ship all items within the Continental US by FedEx, DHL, UPS. Processing can take 3-5 business days before your order will ship. Alaska / Hawaii / APO / FPO / Puerto Rico and US Provinces please allow 7 extra days for processing as we need to use an outside shipping service.

As we cooperate with wholesale company which does not make international shipping, we need process all orders from our main office in America. Order at the wholesale company and domestic shipping time to our American main office takes 6-7 business days. We make international shipping immediately 6 days a week. International customers receive tracking numbers within 7-10 business days after purchase. Thus international customers will receive their order within 14-28 business days based on destination country.

In exchange or return case a restocking fee of 7% will be charged. Items must be properly packed to avoid wrinkles to the leather and or any damage that can occur on route to our warehouse. Use an appropriate sized box to ship back your order. All hang tags must be attached to the jacket. If the hang tag is removed or not included with the product there will be a restocking fee applied to your return. If the item you are returning has removable armor and has been removed, please place the armor back in the correct place on the jacket or you will be charged a restocking fee. Do not include the armor within the package contents. All jacket accessories must be returned with the jacket, this includes armor, removable inside lining and any accessories the jacket was shipped with. Item must be returned in new condition.
