With only 3,958 miles this BMW is barely even broken in. We have performed a full comprehensive inspection on this C 650 and found that it is in top notch condition. Massachusetts Residents are subject to 6.25% sales tax, title and registration fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered.
