- Glossy Paint - Apparently garage-kept, the paint on this '13 FLHP is still glossy, though the finish or clear coat in some spots does show evidence of light scratches & swirls (visible in the "right" light).

- Overall we'd consider this Harley-Davidson Police duty bike to be in Very Good condition cosmetically - no evidence of ever having been dropped or laid-down (e.g. the underside of the engine guards & saddlebag guards are free of scuffs) and the wear-'n-tear should be considered with the normal or acceptable range. And note that the Police "motor jockey" solo seat has already been complimented with a rider backrest. Most importantly, as you can see in the photos the motorcycle has already had an Emergency Equipment Package installed, including generic Police badging / wig-wags / strobes / and siren. - Starts Right Up - It's very much worth noting that this 2013 Harley-Davidson FLHP Road King Police was an individual peace officer's personal bike and NOT a department or agency's fleet motorcycle - means it was taken care of as you'd expect from an individual owner, and not used-'n-abused. Not surprisingly, it starts right up and is ready to RIDE! Also, following its trade-in, the motorcycle DID get a check-over from one of our factory-trained technicians and we both performed an oil & filter change and made an adjustment to the final drive belt. - Dealer Inspected - Following its trade-in, this '13 FLHP got a check-over from one of our technicians and the Service Dept. both performed an oil & filter change and made an adjustment to the final drive belt. The bike features Dunlop tires both Front and Rear - rubber in good shape with no cracking or dry rot, Front tire with greater than 1/2 tread wear remaining and a *brand-new* Rear tire.

Out of State Buyers
Out of state buyers are not charged tax, title, or license if paying cash or arranging their own financing; customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state under this scenario. Out of state buyers using Cowboy Harley-arranged financing WILL be charged TT&L appropriate to their home state and these taxes/fees will be paid on their behalf. Documentary fees and Texas V.I.T. do apply in either case.
Taxes and Fees
In-state buyers will be charged state and local taxes, title, registration, and documentary fees. Our documentation fee is $125. All sales transactions must be completed within 7 days of auction close.
Deposit
We require a $500 deposit within 3 days of winning the auction of a pre-owned motorcycle (OR BEFORE THE END OF THE CALENDAR MONTH, whichever occurs first). A $1,000 deposit is required on any new bike. Please call the dealership to make arrangements for payment.
Auction Policies
Customers with zero or negative feedback on eBay Motors please contact us prior to bidding. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your bid. Understand this is only to protect the integrity of the auction. Winning bidder must contact the dealership within 24 hours of the auction close, make payment of a security deposit within 3 days (OR BEFORE THE END OF THE CALENDAR MONTH, whichever occurs first), and the purchase transaction completed within 7 calendar days. We reserve the right to re-list or sell the vehicle in the event of a no-contact/non-paying bidder.
Buyer Pickup
