·       US domestic shipping and handling are FREE when indicated or with $20, or more, in purchases. Packages are shipped, with tracking, via USPS First Class. To keep costs and complexity in check, we are currently limiting shipping to this specific USPS service.

·       International shipping is shipped via USPS First Class Mail International. Estimated delivery is 2-4 weeks, although time in customs may change that estimate.

·       All customers: please confirm the ship-to address upon purchase. Orders will only be sent to the PayPal address on file and address changes will not be accepted once payment has been made.

·       In an effort to get your purchase in your hands as quickly as possible we strive to process orders for shipment within one (1) business day, although sometimes delays do occur.

RETURNS:

·       PLEASE NOTE that ASAP Hobbies is a small business seeking to provide maximum value to its customers. Our margins are tight and please consider this before seeking returns. The shipping and handling costs eat us alive and we want to keep doing this for a long time to come!

·       Our return policy is generous at 14 days money back with no restocking fee. If you would like to make a return, please contact ASAP Hobbies FIRST to see if an alternative is available. ASAP Hobbies must be contacted and approve a return BEFORE it is initiated. Then “eBay Returns” may be used (Purchase history -> More actions -> Return this item -> I don’t need it anymore). Return shipping will only be covered when a label is printed through “eBay Returns” and is shipped via USPS First Class. Only if the item is over 13oz is USPS Priority covered.

·       Returned items MUST be in the same condition as was received, be in an unopened and unused condition, and be returned in the original packaging.

PAYMENTS:

·       We currently accept exclusively PayPal. Orders will only be sent to the PayPal address on file. No address changes are accepted once payment has been made.

·       Our inventory is regularly updating due to product turnover and item availability can only be secured once payment has been made; placing an item in the ‘cart’ does not secure the availability of that item.
