Returns
We accept DVD returns when returned unopened and still sealed within 30 days. Buyers must always contact us first to obtain a Return Approval. When Buyers simply change their mind the return shipping is at the Buyer's expense. With items not purchased with Free Shipping the shipping charges are not refundable. DVD Returns cannot be accepted because of wrong region after having been opened because opened DVDs cannot be resold as "new".
