Yamaha YZ description
I'm looking to either sell my 250 F outright or trade for a 125 two stroke. This bike is in fantastic shape with many costly upgrades so any trade must be worth similar amount or will have to add cash. This bike needs absolutely nothing and the only reason I'm getting rid of it is because I am a two stroke guy and I thought I would try a 4 stroke. I just prefer a two stroke. This bike has a rebuilt motor that runs perfectly with about five hours on it. Has Pro Taper Accu-Trax offset triple clamps and bars, red anodized rims with gold anodized billet hubs, anodized fork tubes and shock, Feal revalved suspension, new plastics and graphics, chain and sprockets are near brand new and tires have three rides on them. I would be interested in a trade for an aluminum framed YZ125, a KTM 125 or 150, or a RM125. Trades don't have to be perfect, but will require cash on top if not as nice as mine. $2500/offer/trade. Tue, 15 Jun 2010For the origami fans out there, Yamaha have a printable Paper Craft version of their VMax motorcycle (or should that be PMax - P for paper obviously) Download each of the five individual PDF pages and get folding. Might want to stock up on printer ink and A4 paper though as it looks like it will be a frustrating model. As it looks fairly impossible and time consuming I'm putting the challenge out for anyone to go out and complete the paper model themself.
Yamaha FZ-07 Available Stateside In July
Thu, 05 Jun 2014Hot on the heels of the stellar FZ-09 comes its smaller displacement counterpart, the FZ-07. Priced at $6990, the new twin-cylinder FZ is set to hit dealer showroom floors this July as a 2015 model. Already available in foreign markets (our Canadian correspondent, Costa Mouzouris, reviewed the FZ-07 here) we’ve been awaiting word from Yamaha of US-bound FZ-07s with bated breath.

Wed, 11 Jan 2012On the 11th January 1962, Steve Hislop was born in Hawick, Scotland. Today would have been his 50th birthday, but he was tragically killed in a helicopter accident in 2003. Hizzy was a genius on a motorbike and when he was happy with everything around him, he was amongst the best in the world.
