YZ125

First year for water cooled model!   This particular YZ125 is all original and has not been restored.  The plastic body work is original to the bike and all in really nice shape, except a small spot of a age on the right side panel.  Appears to be a low hours machine.  Engine is in nice running order, and bike is ready to hop on and ride!  It is not currently titled and will come with a notarized bill of sale.  We can help with shipping quotes/prep.  With any questions, please send us a message!

(Please Note:  The airbox cover was off in these photos, we have the cover and it is in good shape and a new air filter has been put in as well.)

Buyer is responsible for shipping charges or local pick up.

Kenny Roberts Motorcycle Collection Up For Sale

Wed, 25 Apr 2012

Motorcycling legend Kenny Roberts has commissioned RMD Motors to auction off some rare and exclusive motorcycles from his collection, presumably to make room for more. The Japan-based company is known the world over for its collection of rare and classic motorcycles for sale, many of which are retired grand prix machines fortunate enough to escape the fate of most decommissioned racebikes: the crusher.  Headlining the Roberts collection is the 2004 Proton KRV5 originally ridden by Kurtis Roberts, King Kenny’s youngest son. The five-cylinder grand prix machine never achieved much success on the world stage, but will easily make you the center of attention at your local trackday.

AMA Pro Racing Announces Basic Twins Flat Track Class for 2014 Season

Fri, 12 Apr 2013

AMA Pro Racing announced a new class for Flat Track racing designed to provide a new stepping stone for up-and-coming Pro-licensed racers, replacing the Pro Singles class in 2014. The new class, to be called Basic Twins, is more or less a revival of the Basic Expert Twins division that ran during the 2007 and 2008 seasons, but dropped when the Pro Singles class was introduced for 2009. The new class will give young racers a chance to showcase their skills on Twins, easing their transition to eventually enter the Grand National Expert Twins class.
