It has a great set of hard bags almost new. Vance and Hines long shots that sound great. Kuryakyn grips with throttle rest. A new battery was installed in June. This bike needs nothing but a rider. The engine is backwards. Yamaha’s reason for doing this is to shift the heavy end of the motor more to the center of the motorcycle to make it more agile and responsive. Slanting the cylinder also made for a straighter pathway for the air intake at the front of the bike.
2011 Yamaha Vino Classic Recalled for Drum Brake Issue
Thu, 26 Sep 2013Yamaha is recalling 2011 Vino Classic scooters because of a problem with its brakes. More specifically, the brake shoe linings may separate from the shoe due to a lack of proper adhesion, reducing brake performance and increasing the risk of a crash. The problem can affect both the front and rear drum brakes.

Their secret for being so good at what they do is that they totally immerse themselves in Yamaha by working at the Yamaha offices. Hilarity ensues. James Toseland works the mail room, while Colin Edwards does security, quoting Eric Cartman from a 10 year-old-South Park episode. Jorge Lorenzo is washing windows and Valentino Rossi is working the front desk.
