Yamaha Other description

• Bike has been well maintained and has about 4 hours of riding time.
• Used only on flat ground trails during one season.
• Gasoline was properly taken out and bike was stored inside during the winter time.
• Vehicle title included

This is a perfect bike for trail riding and learning the basics of motocross while also being able to handle very rough terrains and even jumps.  With this lightweight bike, weighing around 200 lbs, its quickness and fast acceleration may surprise you.

It has a 125cc, air cooled, SOHC, 4 stroke; 2 valves engine which breathes through a Mikuni VM20 carburetor. 5-speed manual clutch system that shifts very smoothly is great for beginners and even experienced riders who just want to have fun.

One of the really nice features of this model is the automatic start up button (please see picture above). It is on the right hand side and is much easier than kicking down on the kickstart (although that is fun sometimes).

The Yamaha TTR-125 is a bike that is great for all ages! It is great for kids to learn on and really fun for adults. It is up to the rider whether he/she takes it to extreme and rough terrains or ride on easy going trails.

BSB 2012; Mystic Mac investigates

Tue, 03 Jan 2012

In my opinion, the smartest move in the BSB off season has to be Michael Laverty moving from Swan Yamaha to HM Plant Honda. With a ban on electronics for 2012, and in particular traction control, WFR's Graham Gowland has already proved to Laverty how competitive an EVO spec Fireblade can be - so I’m tipping both these riders to be bang on the money at the Brands Hatch season opener in April. Unlike BMW, Kawasaki and Yamaha, Honda have deliberately developed their road-going Superbike without electronics to give a user friendly feel with good mechanical traction, so it’ll be interesting to see how the opposition copes with their high-tech trickery stripped off.

Three-year-old donuts

Wed, 29 Dec 2010

This is the son of stunt riding genius Christian Pfeiffer, Hannes, who at the age of three can already do donuts better than you. Not only is this the most adorable thing to ever feature on Visordown but it seems as though the genes run in the family as young Hannes Pfeiffer is making his dad proud on a 90cc Yamaha quad.
