Yamaha Other description

2013 YAMAHA STRYKER, TOTALLY CUSTOM EVEN BEFORE YOU MAKE IT YOUR OWN. With its raked-out front end and fists in the wind riding position, the Stryker is pure attitude. And with an 80-cubic-inch V-twin, and a beautiful final belt drive, it churns out plenty of low-end torque that gets to the ground in a very satisfying way.

To get around this sticky situation, MotoCuatro reports Yamaha will invoke a clause in Lorenzo’s contract allowing the manufacturer to veto and buy out his RockStar contract.

Yamaha bounced back from a poor first quarter with sales of 1.530 million motorcycles over the second quarter ended June 30, 2013. The results represent a 1.5% increase from the 1.507 million motorcycles sold in the same quarter last year. Still, Yamaha’s first half motorcycle sales total of 3.0 million units remains behind last year’s tally of 3.1 million units because of the weak first quarter sales.
